House in Prague-Modřany #2
Return to the scene of the crime - or at least in sight. A villa for a plot of land that is a stone's throw away from the Raumplan of Modřany. No wonder its owner appealed to me to take care with the design. And I hope he won't be disappointed, even though he'll be watching his back. There was no other way - the turning of the main facades of the house is clearly determined by the view of the Vltava valley.
The architectural study, which Alice Svobodová worked on with me, dates from the first half of 2021. I subsequently prepared a project for the house and secured its permit. In March 2022, construction began.
