Single house and semi-detached house in Radotín
A pair of homes for the builder who breathed in the scent at the right time in a timber frame development. The construction system was thus decided in advance. One house is a comfortable family villa perched firmly on a concrete base, the other a simple linear semi-detached house levitating above a small garden. Both have beautiful views over the valley. While the semi-detached house slopes inwards towards the view, the detached house opens wide to the view.
I tuned up the architectural study of a house and a semi-detached house in one of the traditional villa districts on the outskirts of Prague with the builder's family in the second half of 2016. Based on my design, the building was given the green light by the building authority in mid-2019; I prepared the complete detailed design documentation during the permitting process.
